A young woman spent two nights behind bars on remand after police allegedly found her with ice, MDMA, Xanax and a crack pipe in the middle of the night in Sutherland.
Tannah Knight-Olsen, 21, was charged with three counts of prohibited drug possession and one count of possessing equipment to administer illegal drugs after her run-in with Sutherland police at 11.30pm on April 4.
Police allege she had 1.28g of methamphetamine, or ice, 0.76g of MDMA and 0.7g of Xanax as well as a glass pipe when they encountered her.
Knight-Olsen was granted bail at Central Local Court by Magistrate Clare Farnan on April 4 before she allegedly breached her curfew and wound up back behind bars overnight on April 21.
She was then granted bail again by Magistrate Megan Greenwood at Central Local Court on April 21 to reside at a Granville address.
She will also have to abide by a strict curfew and remain housebound between 6pm and 6am.
The court did not impose any restrictions on drinking alcohol or consuming non-prescription drugs before granting her bail.
Knight-Olsen will return to Sutherland Local Court on May 11.
