Mercedes Mum Margarita Tomovska faces court after police seek AVO

Sydney’s Mercedes Mum was today the Mazda Mum at court after police issued an apprehended violence order against her to protect her father. However, Margarita Tomovska was still on her designer A-game in an outfit worth more than a whopping $4300.

Sydney’s glamorous Mercedes Mum cut a much milder figure as the Mazda Mum as she faced court after police issued an apprehended violence order against her to protect her father. Margarita Tomovska, 28, still sported her signature designer digs as she appeared at Sutherland Local Court today to contest the order.

The Caringbah woman first appeared unrepresented before Magistrate Les Mabbutt on June 19, where she was ordered to provide statements at today’s court date prior to a hearing after she and her father Jordan Tomovski both opposed the AVO imposed by police.

“I handed you a form,” Mr Mabbutt told Tomovska.

“You had to file your statements and you haven’t done it.”

Tomovska said her father had written to police and she wished to give evidence in the matter verbally, but Mr Mabbutt said she was required to provide statements.

A police prosecutor indicated police would pursue the AVO and a hearing will take place at Sutherland Local Court on January 28 next year.

Police have not laid any charges in relation to the order sought to protect Mr Tomovski.

Tomovska left court with her father in a Mazda rather than her signature Mercedes Benz AMG as she remains suspended from driving prior to her next appearance at Wollongong Local Court on charges of leading police on a high-speed pursuit last November.

Tomovska’s little yellow Balenciaga bag is worth more than $2000.

However, she was still dressed in full designer gear, including black and white Balenciaga high-cut speed trainers worth a cool $1125.

Tomovska’s black and yellow Fendi embroidered wool and cashmere-blend turtleneck sweater previously retailed for $1085 on online designer store Net-A-Porter.

Her petite neon yellow Balenciaga handbag cost $2180 – and Tomovska has previously flaunted another of the same bag in hot pink.

Tomovska has also previously told her avid Instagram followers she pays $3000 for her Russian hair extensions at a Mascot hair salon.

Tomovska hunched over behind a bench inside the courtroom to take a phone call as Mr Mabbutt worked through the lengthy court list.
