Jennifer Gander pleads guilty to posting love rival’s nude pictures
A woman posted several naked photos of her ex-partner’s new girlfriend while posing as a Sydney sex shop on Instagram.

A woman posing as an adult store Instagrammed naked pictures of her ex-partner’s new girlfriend and said her sex toys would be “the last gift she ever gets” after harassing and threatening her for almost two months.
Jennifer Gander, 44, repeatedly posted intimate images her ex-partner took of his new girlfriend’s naked body on a fake Instagram account where she posed as her former employers at a southern Sydney sex shop chain.
Agreed police facts reveal Gander also repeatedly threatened the victim and texted her the intimate images and videos she had of her and of the man.
“Just so you know the s**t will be beaten out of you … end of story skank,” Gander texted the victim on July 22.
“You are disgusting, sneaky, rude, disrespectful and just pathetic … enjoy your sex toys they will be the last gift you ever get.”
The aggressive seven-week campaign of harassment continued until police issued a warrant for Gander’s arrest after she taunted the victim via text.
Agreed facts state “police made numerous attempts to apprehend (Gander) and offer her an interview” but she “actively avoided police”.
“I refuse to see police because of you … you are nothing but (sic) skank and slut," Gander wrote.
“No police will take away who you really are … you are just a f*** tart and a loser.”
Gander pleaded guilty to 10 charges including distributing intimate images, using a carriage service to menace or harass, and intimidation.
Magistrate Les Mabbutt warned the Sutherland woman she could face up to three years’ jail for the Commonwealth offences of using a phone to menace or harass someone.
Gander’s ruse was uncovered when her ex-partner stormed into her former workplace asking why the intimate images of his new girlfriend were on their Instagram.
A sales director showed the man the account was fake, and pointed him to a second account Gander used to post a graphic image of the victim’s vagina.
Another post which included images of the woman’s face and her breasts was captioned “happy customer”.
Gander had never met her victim in person but agreed police facts state she had previously attempted to sue her and the man over an undisclosed financial dispute.
She will be sentenced at Sutherland Local Court on November 21.
