He was taken to Kogarah Police Station where he was charged with drug supply, deal with property proceeds of crime and possess prohibited drug.
Butler appeared at Sutherland Local Court the same day, where he was formally refused bail to appear at the same court on Monday 26 April 2021. He was later granted bail.
On Tuesday, Butler pleaded guilty to a charge or supplying cocaine and possessing a prescribed restricted substance including a number of bottles or capsules of steroids and growth hormones.
He is yet to enter a plea to dealing with the property proceeds of crime after police allegedly found $16,500 at his home.
Butler pleaded guilty to possessing varying amounts of cannabis and two types of steroids.
He was ordered to visit Sutherland Community Corrections within seven days to undergo a sentence assessment report.
He will return to Sutherland Local Court on August 30 for sentence.
During the operation, Strike Force Raptor executed 42 search warrants and Firearms Prohibition Order searches as part of the week-long operation that was carried out in suburbs including Penrith, Punchbowl, Brighton Le Sands, Greenacre and Cabramatta.
Officers seized more than $400,000 cash, vehicles, weapons, jewellery, and electronic devices, as well as weed and cocaine worth more than $200,000 as part of the raids.
Raptor Squad Commander, Detective Superintendent Jason Weinstein, said the operation was aimed at suppressing criminal behaviour.
