A former commercial lawyer threatened to kill a corrective services staff member and assaulted two police officers when she was arrested on a warrant for missing court.

Madona Kobayssi, 38, appeared in Sutherland Local Court on Tuesday after she pleaded guilty to three separate incidents involving intimidation and resisting arrest.

In May, Kobayssi pleaded guilty to breaching an apprehended violence order against a manager of her former residential unit complex in North Bondi – where she threatened “I’ll cut you in half” – but she laughed through her court appearance and Magistrate Hugh Donnelly adjourned the case to July 20 for sentence.

Agreed facts state Kobayssi sent an email to the manager in May where she requested money for her “absolutely abhorrent stay” at the unit.

“I’m not joking – if you don’t return my money by end of week, I’ll have you stashed in the back of a police car like the junk yard that you are and slashed into a million pieces.”

Madona Kobayssi will be sentenced in September.

Kobayssi failed to attend court last week and a warrant was issued for her arrest. She resisted arrest when police attended her Bexley home on July 21.

Agreed facts said Kobayssi was hostile, started yelling and threw her headphones towards an officer, striking him in the head.

Officers used force to control Kobayssi, who lashed out at them by kicking, thrashing her arms and legs and screaming before she was handcuffed.

She kicked a male officer in the leg and when she was put into a caged truck she struck a female officer in the stomach.

When at the station, Kobayssi yelled, swore and spat towards police before she said, “I will f***ing murder you”.

Kobayssi was charged and pleaded guilty to two counts of assault police officer in execution of duty, resist police officer and intimidating police officer.

On Tuesday the court heard Kobayssi also threatened to kill a correctives services staff member earlier this month.

A Sutherland corrective services officer was assigned to Kobayssi’s case and went to her house in June where they exchanged phone numbers.

On July 5, Kobayssi sent the officer an email saying “f*** off and don’t come around my place again”.

Kobayssi’s missed a scheduled appointment and sent a barrage of text messages to the woman on July 13 and 14.

“Come around here one more time and I’ll slit your throat and leave you to bleed in the middle of the street in broad daylight. Take your paper, police, corrections and court and shove them all up you ass,” she said.

“I sh*t all over you inferior imbeciles. Come here one more time and I’ll ruin your entire ancestry.

“You are skunks, make sure you have your will in order if you dare show your face around me again because your family will never hear from you again.”

The officer reported the messages to Sutherland police before she received more text messages.

She returned to the station the next day to report Kobayssi had sent 76 messages of an intimidating and violate nature over three hours.

“Why don’t you come around again so I can slash your ugly fat self into the nothing you are,” Kobayssi said. “Come around again so I can slash you into a million pieces for an abuse you commission and committed.

“F*** off or I will blow up this whole country.”

She went on to say she would rape the woman, murder and stab her.

Kobayssi was charged with intimidation and using a carriage service to threaten to kill.

All her charges were adjourned for sentence to September 5.
