An aspirational dial-a-dealer has admitted he made $1500 from the sale of six bags of cocaine in Cronulla and planned to sell another 15 bags the same night, a court has heard.

David Christian Anota-Bevanda, 24, pleaded guilty to supplying and possessing drugs and dealing with the proceeds of crime when he appeared in Sutherland Local Court on Tuesday.

Agreed facts tendered to court said police were patrolling popular drug dealing hot spots in Cronulla on April 1 where dealers commonly sell their product through messaging apps before the drugs are delivered by car to people outside clubs on Friday and Saturday nights.

Police saw a man leave Northies before he walked along Elouera Rd before he walked down lane, while repeatedly looking at his phone, and got into a car, which is a known dial-a-dealer method.

David Anota-Bevanda will be sentenced next month.

A short time later, police saw the man get out of a car before he was stopped and found with a bag of white powder which he admitted was cocaine that he had just purchased from Anota-Bevanda.

Officers followed and pulled over Anota-Bevanda before he was asked what he was doing in the area.

He appeared nervous when he lied and said he was dropping off his mate at the pub.

When told the car would be searched, Anota-Bevanda admitted he had 15 bags of cocaine in a small compartment below the stereo system and indicated he had $1500 from the sale of drugs in a backpack in the rear of the car.

Police located the drugs and cash before Anota-Bevanda admitted to supplying cocaine during the night, including to the man caught leaving Northies.

He also admitted he intended to sell the other 15 bags that night and the $1500 was from the sale of six bags.

The drugs, cash and his mobile phone were all seized, with the bags weighing nearly 11g.

The court heard a report would be prepared before Anota-Bevanda is sentenced on May 30.
