The first two teams in the Shute Shield have confirmed their spots in the finals but there is a bottleneck below with the competition still wide open heading into the final two rounds.
Front runners Gordon and Northern Suburbs are safe, with their spots confirmed due to their nine wins and one loss this season after 11 rounds.

Randwick, with 11 games and one more outing than their rivals, sit in third place on the points ladder with eight wins and three losses.
Eastwood and Eastern Suburbs are separated by just one bonus point and both boast seven wins and three losses.
Sydney University is next with six wins and four losses on 33 points with Southern Districts posting the same win loss record but sitting on 30 points.
Warringah, with five wins and five losses is still a mathematical change but faces a tough battle.

Northern Suburbs 35 Southern Districts 17
Northern Suburbs are still in the chase for the minor premiership while Southern Districts are in the race for a top six spot.
Norths tries in the match against Souths were scored by Declan Caroll, James Margan (2), Max Burey and Harry Burey.
Zac Hickey, Cooper Chambers and Sama Molola scored Souths tries.
Warringah 50 Hunter Wildfires 15
Warringah, who finished runners-up last season, can still make the finals but have a fight on their hands. Hunter are out of the race.
Warringah’s tries against Hunter were scored by Guy Reece, Jack Nettleton, Wesley Thomas, Sebastian Wileman, Esera Chee Kam, Charlie McKill, Charlie Tupu and Ben Marr.
West Harbour 52 Two Blues 15
Both these sides are out of the race for the finals. The Pirates are 10th on the table and the Two Blues 12th.
West Harbour’s tries were scored by James Turner (4), Connor Chittenden, Damien Fleming and Justin Tavae.
Jordan Williams and Penimapa Tuitupou scored the Two Blues tries.

Eastern Suburbs 56 Penrith 19
Easts have made a strong comeback to be within sight of a finals spot while Penrith are likely to snare the wooden spoon.
Easts tries in round 11 were scored by Alex Newsome, who bagged four, Jack Grant, Charlie Smith, Henry Patterson and Jeremy Williams.
Willie Tooala, Joseph Faoagali and Maciu Latakia were the Emus try scorers.
Gordon 34 Sydney University 24
Gordon has sewn up their finals spot but Sydney University must win their last two to survive the cut.
Gordon’s tries were scored by Jack Dempsey, Tautalatasi Task, Mahe Vailanu and Joey Walton.
Henry Clunies-Ross, Ratu Rotuisolia, and Declan Moore scored Sydney universities tries.
Randwick 30 for Manly 15
Manly is out of the race but Randwick are still a chance of making the final six.
Kristian Jensen, Brooklyn Hardaker, Kyle Harris, Michael McDonald and Triston Riley scored for Randwick.
Manly’s two tries were scored by Yool Yool and Alefosio Tatola.
Eastwood had the bye this week.
Eastwood remain in the running for the finals.
