Round seven of the U19s Div-1 Don Feltis Cup had it all. From try-machines, playmakers and hard workers, see who made our list of top 12 performers.

COLYTON 18-34 ST MARYS

JAMAIRO MEL (ST MARYS)

Extremely influential in the outcome, the centre punched out big metres on the left edge. And with the game in the balance, returned after the break to score two decisive tries.

KYE O’BRIEN (ST MARYS)

An absolute inspiration off the bench. Kye chased kicks with purpose and tackled everything that moved. Bent the line with the ball, and paved the way for the go ahead try early in the second half.

HAYDEN BROWN (COLYTON)

Another strong performance from the rising Colts middle. Barged across to open the scoring, and was there at the end, showing good pace to backup for the final try.

CAMBRIDGE PARK 16-28 WINDSOR

COOPER HENDERSON (WINDSOR)

Busy as usual down back, the long striding fullback continually popped up on both sides of the ruck and was at his illusive best, throwing a dummy to level the scores late in the first half.

JAHZIAH PALMER-VAIVAO (CAMBRIDGE PARK)

Despite finishing on the wrong end of the scoreboard the centre delivered a whole hearted performance. Tough to handle on the right edge, he showed great strength to plant the ball over the line for his side’s first try.

HENRI YOUNG (WINDSOR)

A leader in the Wolves pack, the imposing prop continued to truck the ball forward and refused to shirk his responsibilities in defence.

BROTHERS 62-16 MINCHINBURY

GEORGE TILIFI (BROTHERS)

The powerful centre showed why he’s a favourite at Brothers. All strength and heart, the No.4 in headgear showed good pace to score the first of his three tries on the right edge.

COOPER WNEK (BROTHERS)

The halfback was everywhere for Brothers and finished the day with 22 points. Played a role in numerous tries and capped it off with a slashing solo effort.

TUKIWAHO DUFF-KONUI (BROTHERS)

The winger dined out on the end of an electric Brothers backline. Scored three tries and found top gear in a blistering length of the field four-pointer.

EMU PLAINS 54-8 RIVERSTONE

SPENCER KAVAPALU (EMU PLAINS)

Mobile for a big man, the dynamic lock stepped off both feet to break clear for the opening try. A mix of power and class, Spencer also provided excellent service to his outside backs.

DOMINIC VELLA (EMU PLAINS)

Behind a dominant pack, the five-eighth proved difficult to contain. Finished the match in style, scoring a hat-trick that included and sensational chip-chase try.

KEES MULLER (EMU PLAINS)

Mesmerising in attack, the fullback glides across the turf with minimal effort. Heavily involved, Kees troubled the defence and finished with a try.
