He scored 67 not out in the Randy Petes’ 3/137 in replay to UNSW’s 270.
Second grade came away with a strong win, bowling their rivals out for 291 after scoring 388 last week.
Pacemen Pat Magann (4/73 off 22) and Tom McKenzie (4/50 off 21) put in fantastic displays with the ball and steered the side to victory on day two.
Third grade came away with a very convincing win, bowling UNSW out for 149 in the first innings as seamer Doug Loth (7/40 off 18.5) tore through the opposition batting line-up at Petersham Oval.
The Randy Petes went for an outright victory, but couldn’t manage to pull it off as their opponents scored 4/129, with Loth taking another three wickets to finish the day with ten wickets to his name.
Fourth grade’s match was called off due to the rain, while fifth grade snatched their first win of the season chasing down UNSW’s total of 177 with just one wicket in hand.
Nick Saady (56) steered the side to victory in his first game back with the club.
Randy Petes play away at UTS North Sydney next week in a two-day game.
