There were tears as the younger of two sisters allegedly involved in a violent break and enter was hauled before court. It is alleged the glamorous pair – along with a man – broke in, assaulted an occupant and stole items.

Two sisters have been charged by police for allegedly breaking into an apartment in Sydney’s south during the early hours of the night before the eldest sister assaulted a resident.
Police arrested three people following the alleged break and enter which happened last Saturday.
That included sisters Amie, 30, and Tamera Bonanno, 22, and another alleged offender Tyrone Baldwin-Cescente, 26.
Police were called to the apartment on Pemberton St in Botany about 4.30am following reports of a disturbance.
Police said when officers arrived, they were told a group of people had forced entry into the home, had assaulted the two occupants inside, and had stolen a number of items including a mobile phone.
Shortly after, police approached a Jeep Compass which was parked nearby.
Police will allege in court that the trio inside the vehicle were arrested before a struggle ensued and two of the alleged offenders escaped.
A search was conducted and police found Tamera and Baldwin-Cescente at a home in Matraville about 8.40am.
The trio were taken to Mascot Police Station and, during a search of the older sister Amie, police allegedly found the stolen mobile phone.
The trio were all charged with aggravated break and enter commit serious indictable offence and escape police custody.
Younger sister Tamera, from Matraville, was refused bail at the weekend. The young mum appeared in court again on Thursday via audio visual link and fought back tears as she listened to her matter being mentioned at Downing Centre Local Court.
Her lawyer Bryan Wrench told the court she would be applying for bail next week and her matter was adjourned.
Older sister Amie, from Botany, is currently on bail and did not appear in court on Thursday. However, her matter was also mentioned and adjourned.
She is facing a further charge of common assault after allegedly assaulting a woman inside the apartment.
Meanwhile, Baldwin-Cescente remains in custody after having his bail refused at the weekend.
The Bondi Junction man is facing a further charge of destroy or damage property as well as a string of other offences related to a separate incident. He will be back in court next week.
