Ex-supermodel Tziporah Malkah got into a fiery argument with a police prosecutor at Downing Centre Local Court today when the Sergeant referred her by the name she used when engaged to billionaire James Packer.

“I’m not going to argue with you Ms Fischer,” Senior Sgt Jamie Palmer said.

“That’s not my name,” the woman formerly known as Kate Fischer said.

“Well that’s what’s on the file,” the exasperated Senior Sgt replied.

“Well that’s wrong.”

She changed her name to Tziporah Malkah after converting to Judaism.

Ms Malkah, named in court documents as Katherine Fischer, 46, got into the heated exchange minutes before Deputy Chief Magistrate Jane Mottley entered the courtroom following the morning break.

Earlier today, the court heard the Sirens actress would be representing herself after being denied access to Legal Aid.

She is facing one criminal charge of contravening an existing apprehended violence order, to which she has plead not guilty, and is also fighting an application for a new AVO put on by her former flatmate Daniel Clancy.

The I’m a Celebrity Get Me Out of Here star was arguing with the prosecutor claiming she had not been served with the brief of evidence, which police contend she has.

She attempted to bring her gripe before the Magistrate once again.

“This is the fourth time I’ve been here for this matter. I’d like to get on with my life,” Ms Malkah said.

Ms Malkah, who posted to her Instagram account earlier this year that she was on the hunt for a new home after being evicted from her Kings Cross apartment following noise complaints from neighbours, told the court she believed Mr Clancy was in cahoots with a former flame.

“(I never) knew he was a friend of my ex. I feel this was malicious. He had access to all my things,” she said.

Magistrate Mottley informed Ms Malkah given the coronavirus situation, all hearings would be adjourned for three months giving her plenty of time to be served with the brief prior to the required 14 day notice period.

Ms Malkah was also told by the Magistrate she could agree to the terms of the AVO without any admissions of guilt being made.

“You will be aware we are in unprecedented times,” Magistrate Mottley said.

“Normally your case would be given a hearing date. But we don’t know what the world is going to look like in a matter of weeks, let alone months.”

An interim order is in place forbidding Ms Malkah from having any contact with Mr Clancy except through a lawyer, stopping her from causing him to be fearful and preventing her damaging his property.

The case was tentatively adjourned until June 24.

In December Ms Malkah posted a video to her Instagram showing a visit to her apartment by police officers reminding her of an upcoming court date and her obligations under the AVO.

In a bizarre tirade she told an officer, who asked her to refer to him as “Constable”, to call her “Your Majesty”, and then slammed the door after telling the police to “get f***ed”.
