Trespasser caught red handed and charged with several break and enter offences

A Kellyville man, 23, has been charged with several break and enter offences after police raided a construction site on Hezlett Rd, Kellyville, on Friday.

A silver Nissan Patrol parked on Geewan Ave in Kellyville was broken into sometime between 11.45pm on Wednesday and 9am on Thursday and foot wear, a tablet computer, video camera and tools to the value of $1500 was stolen.

KELLYVILLE

A Kellyville man, 23, has been charged with several break and enter offences after police raided a construction site on Hezlett Rd, Kellyville, on Friday. A police report said at 11.55pm, they were alerted to a group of people on the premises without permission. Police attended and arrested a Kellyville man. He was later charged at Castle Hill Police Station for entering enclosed lands, custody of a knife in a public place, two counts of possessing of house breaking implements and custody of an offensive implement in a public place. He is due to appear at Parramatta Local Court on October 5.

ROUSE HILL

A Bondi man, 28, was issued with an infringement notice for failing to leave premises after being asked to on Sunday at The Fiddler, on Windsor Rd. A police report said at 1am on Sunday, the man was asked to leave by security. The man allegedly refused and police were called.

KELLYVILLE

KELLYVILLE

A Kellyville man, 20, was given a cannabis caution after police pulled him over for a random breath test along James Mileham Drive. A police report said the man was driving a silver Mazda hatchback when the vehicle was pulled over. He returned a negative result, however, according to police, he gave them reason to search a pencil case in his car, which allegedly contained a small amount of cannabis and a cannabis cutter. The drugs were seized by the police.

KELLYVILLE

A Castle Hill boy, 17, was charged with possession of cannabis, the drug ice and an extendible baton after police saw him in a car parked along Marella Ave in Kellyville at 2am on Thursday. A police report said they were doing a patrol of the area, when they noticed a car parked alongside the road with two males inside. Upon a closer inspection and a search, police located $2000 worth of cannabis and 3g of the drug ice, plus an extendible baton owned by the passenger in the car.

KELLYVILLE

A Kellyville man, 45, was allegedly punched by a tradesman, who was doing some work to his home, along Highbury Rd in Kellyville last Wednesday. A police report said at 10.20am, a verbal argument took place between a tradesman and the homeowner. According to police as a result the tradesman allegedly punched the homeowner and police were called. The Cambridge Park man, 27, was charged with assault occasioning actually bodily harm. He is due to appear at Parramatta Local Court on October 5.

THE PONDS

A man from The Ponds, 24, has been charged with possession and supply of cannabis after police allegedly found him with $3500 worth of the illegal drug last Monday night. A police report said at 8.40pm, police pulled over a car travelling along Showground Rd in Castle Hill near Old Northern Rd. As a result, police conducted a search of the male driver and his car and allegedly located 460g of cannabis. The man is due to appear at Parramatta Local Court today.
