Plans for 375 apartments in a series of six residential towers — ranging from six to 11 storeys in height — have been proposed to rise next to the Sydney Metro northwest at Rouse Hill.

Developers Deicorp revealed plans for the mixed-use towers, which would also include a total of 2500sq m of commercial space, near the Rouse Hill Town Centre and just metres from the Rouse Hill Metro station.

The applicant submitted plans for the residential and commercial development in October to The Hills Council.

“The six towers are separated by a central landscaped podium which provides common open space areas … and includes extensive landscaping,” planning documents said.

“The proposal is a high quality transit orientated development that will provide both housing choice and employment generating floor space in a location that enjoys exceptional access to the Rouse Hill Station and employment opportunities within Rouse Hill and the wider Sydney area.”
