A high-ranking member of the Finks outlaw motorcycle gang appeared in court today after police allegedly found a pistol and loaded magazine at their home address in Riverstone, around 7am Wednesday.
Police arrested the 28-year-old man and after they allegedly located a 9mm pistol and 9mm pistol magazine.
The man has been charged with possess unauthorised pistol, not keep pistol safely, acquire pistol subject to firearm prohibition order, possess defaced firearm and possess ammunition.
The man was refused bail and appeared in Blacktown Local Court today after Strike Force Raptor executed a firearms prohibition order search at the home on Junction Rd.
NSW Police estalished the strike force to tackle serious organised criminal activity of outlaw motorcycle gangs.
