A MULTI-MILLION dollar complex has the potential to transform McGraths Hill to one of the top regional entertainment centres.
The planned 5-star Hills Entertainment Centre on Groves Avenue, McGraths Hill, is being managed by owners United Cinemas who have confirmed there will be 10 cinemas, and a mix of mix of restaurants, fast food, retail and entertainment.
Vogue Agency is handling the development for United Cinemas, whose chairman is Roy Mustaca and Sam Mustaca the CEO. Vogue Agency’s sales manager Mitch Kerr said construction is scheduled to begin early next year.
“It’s a huge development with the owners, United Cinema, selecting this area as this is one of the next major growth corridors of Sydney,” Mr Kerr said.
“Work should start early next year and we plan to complete it by late 2018.
“We believe the community will benefit greatly from an entertainment facility as outstanding as this.
“United Cinemas will operate 10 cinema screens within the complex which will feature recliner chairs, in theatre dining and the best cinema technology available.
“We will have also Strike Bowling, Skyzone and a hotel and pub.”
The complex is within McGraths Hill’s commercial hub is close to McDonald’s and KFC restaurants.
It will have more than 380 parking spaces over two basement levels in addition to grade parking.
The total land area is 7330 sq m with a floor space of 4061 sq m.
“There is quite a lot of interest and we are negotiating with several parties at the moment,” Mr Kerr said.
“It’s great considering we put out the expressions of interest only a week ago.”
