LENDLEASE has revealed plans for a residential precinct for hundreds of apartments alongside the Rouse Hill Metro station and Town Centre.

The developers announced an expression of interest to sell the Rouse Hill Central precinct, at 129 Civic Way, Rouse Hill — which was planned under a joint venture with shopping centre management GPT Group, Landcom and the Planning Department.

The announcement follows GPT Group’s proposal for a $35 million 11-storey residential tower to include 141 units on the corner of Caddies Blvd and Rouse Hill Drive.

The 1.5ha mixed-use development opportunity has the potential to provide 397 residential units and 2,500sq m of commercial floorspace to be developed onsite.
