George’s new pizza shop opens at Stanhope Village

The wait is over for fans of George’s Pizzeria; the popular Bella Vista restaurant will open its second eatery at Stanhope Gardens today.
George’s Gourmet Pizzeria has served Hills residents for more than 30 years and is run by husband and wife team George and Kelly.
Their new restaurant, George’s The Pizza Shop, will be run by their children and officially opens at Stanhope Village tonight from 5pm.
It’s expected to be a busy night, so be sure to make a booking if you’re hoping to dine in.
The restaurant will open for dinner on Mondays to Wednesdays and for lunch and dinner on Thursdays to Sundays.
To celebrate its grand opening, George’s is giving a $10 voucher to anyone who places an order on opening night — the voucher can be used on your next order.
Wondering what to order? Why not try the signature pizza The Stanhope, which was created by a local who has won a year’s worth of free pizza for her efforts.
The Stanhope has king prawns, chorizo and diced tomato on a garlic butter base, topped with basil and sriracha mayo.
