A Werrington takeaway shop owner Chan Kouch knows how to keep her customers happy with her infectious laughs and smiles.
Mrs Kouch’s cheerful attitude has become so popular her customer now call her Miss Happy although she is married.
Her greetings and laughter prompted one of her customers to make large signs titled ‘Miss Happies chickens’ and ‘Miss Happies burgers’.
“He gave it to me for free,’’ Mrs Kouch said. “If you are happy, I am happy.’’
Mrs Kouch’s attitude also spreads to the meals she cooks up in the kitchen of her Victoria St shop.
Miss Happy’s customers appreciate her cooking skills and keep going back to let her know they enjoy her humour as well.
