A dominant victory over Mounties has St Marys more than ready for their Ron Massey Cup top-of-the-table clash with Wentworthville.

St Marys has continued it’s strong run in the Ron Massey Cup, coasting to a dominant 38-4 victory over Mounties at St Marys Leagues Stadium on Saturday.
After a slow opening period, the hosts struck first blood in the 12th minute before running out to an 18-0 first half lead.
Although Mounties were able to claw one back in the 46th minute, St Marys refused to take their foot off the pedal.
The Saints steamrolled Mounties in the second half with three tries in the space of eight minutes before capping off their victory with a four-pointer to winger Jake Maizen in the dying minutes.
The win sees St Marys retain second spot on the Ron Massey Cup ladder headed into a top-of-the-table clash with Wentworthville at home on Sunday.
Kick-off is scheduled for 1pm.
