Police are investigating a drive by shooting in western Sydney.
Officers from Nepean Police Area Command responded about 1.10am to reports of shots having been fired into a home on Mountainview Cres, Penrith.
Police were told a car was seen to drive away from the location immediately after the shooting.
There were no reports of injuries and a crime scene has been established with specialist police examining the street.
Anyone who may have witnessed the incident or was in the area at the time with any available dashcam are urged to contact Penrith police station or Crime Stoppers.
