Moss’ lawyer previously told the court she had serious incentive to comply with her strict bail conditions following her experience in prison.

The court also previously heard Moss had claimed she was in fact the victim of the kidnapping incident she was charged over, and had attached the word ‘HELP’ to a transaction from one account to another.

Moss will remain on bail under the conditions she adhere to a 10pm curfew, report daily to Blacktown police and undergo daily alcohol and drug testing.

She will be arraigned on November 18 at Penrith District Court
