Police allege Kelly was part of a criminal group consisting of Matthew Worth, James Calleja, Madyson Brooks, David Coffey and Alex Rainbow that sold MDMA, acid and GBL across Sydney over an eight-month period from August last year.

They allege the hotspot where the drug deals took place was the Ikea in Tempe, less than 500 metres north of Sydney Airport.

Kelly, who worked as a bartender at popular Sydney bar Frankie’s Pizza at the time of her arrest, was granted police bail before her first appearance at Windsor Court on March 26.

During a brief mention in Penrith Local Court on Friday, a Director of Public Prosecutions prosecutor asked for an adjournment due to the “complex nature” of the matter.

She told Magistrate Geoffrey Hiatt a charge certificate wasn’t ready as police were still going through the phone of one of her co-accused.

Kelly is yet to enter a plea to the charges against her.

Magistrate Hiatt granted an adjournment to September 4 at Penrith Local Court and continued her bail.
