Two more men have been arrested by police as part of ongoing investigations into an alleged kidnapping and attempting kidnapping over the past six months.

Police allege St Marys businessman Pierre Kassouf was the target of an assault and kidnapping in November last year when two men entered his workshop on Links Rd and assaulted Mr Kassouf with a firearm before forcing him into a vehicle.

Mr Kassouf was then allegedly driven to an address in Shanes Park where he was left overnight and found in a shed by real estate agents the next morning with severe injuries including a fractured skull.

During investigations into the incident, police say there were made aware of the alleged attempted kidnapping of Sydney businessman Joe Elias on March 6.

Police said two men in a Toyota Hilux allegedly crashed into Mr Elias’s car and tried to snatch him when he left his vehicle.
