Domenic Fiorenza pleads guilty to child grooming after online messages

The explicit messages and photos a truckie sent to a teenager and an undercover cop purporting to be a 14-year-old girl can now be revealed as he awaits his punishment. Warning: Graphic content.

Warragamba truck driver Domenic Fiorenza told a 15-year-old girl over Snapchat he would give her $500 if she had oral sex with him, before sending photos of his penis to someone he thought was 14 but was actually police investigating the child groomer.

Shocking court papers reveal the Snapchat exchange Fiorenza, who was due to be sentenced this week, had with the 15-year-old girl on May 17, 2020.

He asked if she could perform oral sex on him “and maybe I can buy u something u want … want me to give you sum cash in hand for one”.

When the girl asked him if he was 24, noting the nine-year age gap, he replied “no one has to know” even though he was 34 at the time.

He told the teen he had given an 18-year-old “$500 cash in hand” previously before asking if he could do the same for her.

“Wanna do it hun, I’ll give u $500 cash in hand,’’ he wrote.

The young person replied: “Can I think’ to which the offender said, “Sure. You make all the rules also.’’

When asked about the rules, he went into graphic detail about sex acts and how he wanted her naked.

The girl and her mother reported the incident to police that day.

Soon after, Child Internet Exploitation Unit detectives started investigating Fiorenza’s Facebook activity and they set up an assumed online identity of a 14-year-old girl.

The “teenager” told Fiorenza they had spoken on Snapchat but her mum banned her from using the app.

She told him she was in Year 9 while Fiorenza gave her his real age of 34 and asked to see her in her “sexy little shorts”.

“Would u let me see that underwear or bikini pic of u missy.”

He sent a picture of his penis.

The semi-naked “girl” sent a photo purporting to be herself.

“The offender said, ‘Ur boobs look nice’,’’ and he planned to pick her up from school on June 2 and began discussing sex with her.

“Can I ask have u thought about trying anything sexual I’m just wondering,” he said.

“... I’ll guide u on what to do’.

“... Would u have full sex? … I’ll help u no worries if u wanna do it’.”

The girl said she had a crack in her mobile phone and Fiorenza offered to give her an iPhone 8.

The next week, he asked her if she still wanted to meet and asked her for a picture of her breasts before he sent a photo of his genitals.

He spoke about “touching and feeling u while we r kissing” and “start with ur boobs”.

The day before they organised to meet at Helen St, Westmead, Fiorenza’s explicit messages continued.

When she asked the offender if they would “do anything else” aside from sexual intercourse he suggested anal sex.

“During that conversation the offender discussed touching the assumed online identity’s (AOI) breasts, undressing the AOI, having sex with her in a car including suggesting to the AOI she could perform oral sex on him while he was driving,’’ the agreed facts tendered to the court state.

But on June 23, Fiorenza was busted when he drove to Westmead where cops approached him instead of a teenage girl.

After his arrest, he told cops his intention was just to give the girl a mobile phone after she said her screen had cracked.

“He said he thought the AOI was aged “15, 14, 15, 16’’. He clarified that he believed that she told him that she was 14 years of age,’’ court documents state before admitting the conversations had a sexual nature.

“He admitted to engaging in previous conversations with girls he believed were under the age of 16 years, and the offender expressed remorse and said he was sorry and that his communications with the AOI with the AOI were ‘terrible’ and ‘very wrong’,” the court documents state.

On July 8, he was arrested for his conversations with the 15-year-old girl and could not recall engaging in her Snapchat account “but that people would message him every day”.

“He said that people would attempt to talk to him on Snapchat and say they were “14, 15, 16, 17’’ and he would say “No, too young.’’

He pleaded guilty to two counts of use carriage service to procure a person under the age of 16 years for sexual activity and faced Parramatta District Court for sentencing on Monday.

The matter was adjourned to October so Fiorenza could complete a sex offenders program.

Further court documents also exposed Fiorenza’s sexually-graphic messages to girls using the messaging app Kik.

Pretending to be 23, he asked a 13-year-old girl to see her “boobs lol’’ in February 2020.

He also sent multiple pics of his erect penis to a 17-year-old girl.

He sent another photo of his genitals to a girl who told him she was 15.

He was not charged in relation to these messages.
