Boy trampled by horse in Londonderry, taken to The Children’s Hospital at Westmead

A boy has been taken to hospital after being trampled and seriously injured by a horse in western Sydney over the weekend.

A boy has been rushed to hospital after being trampled and injured by a horse in western Sydney over the weekend.

Emergency services raced to the scene of the incident on The Driftway Rd, Londonderry, just before 3.30pm on Sunday.

Aeromedical service CareFlight flew in NSW Ambulance paramedics to provide aid to the boy, who was subsequently taken to The Children’s Hospital at Westmead.

The boy sustained serious injuries but is now in a stable condition.
