Chi Lok Lam charged over fatal crash at Linden
The alleged driver involved in a horrific fatal crash in the Blue Mountains which claimed two lives has faced court for the first time. The two victims have now been identified.

The man who allegedly caused a double fatal crash on a major road in the Blue Mountains has been identified after facing court for the first time.
Chi Lok Lam, 27, was allegedly driving his Polestar along the Great Western Hwy at Linden, in the Blue Mountains, on March 26 when it collided head on with a Toyota Camry.
The driver of the Toyota and a back passenger of the Polestar both died at the scene.
Lam and his front passenger, a 59-year-old woman, were both taken to Westmead Hospital for minor injuries.
Court documents state the Toyota driver was 60-year-old David Darker, and the back passenger of the Polestar was 62-year-old Yuet Wa Lam.
The younger Lam was arrested at Westmead Hospital on March 28, and charged with two counts of dangerous driving causing death, two counts of negligent driving causing death, and causing bodily harm by misconduct while driving a motor vehicle.
He has not entered any pleas.
Court documents allege Lam drove on the wrong side of the road before the crash occurred.
His address is also listed on court documents as a hotel in Sydney.
Lam, who was released on police bail after his arrested, faced Penrith Local Court on Tuesday, April 1, where his matter was swiftly adjourned until May 30.
He is next expected to face Penrith Local Court on May 30.
