Three men, one being a former soldier, have pleaded not guilty to their roles in an alleged Anzac Day rape last year.
Glenn Kenneth Robinson, Joe Noamua Tauiliili and Jasateki Kaboa Setuata each appeared by videolink at Penrith District Court where the pleas were formally entered before Judge Sophie Beckett.
Tauiliili pleaded not guilty to two counts of aggravated sex assault in company, principal in second degree to serious indictable offence of aggravated sex assault in company and sexual intercourse without consent. He remains bail refused.
Setuata, of Riverstone, entered a plea of not guilty to sexual intercourse without consent and Robinson, 35, of Warrimoo pleaded not guilty to the charges of aggravated sexual assault in company with other person and four counts of sexual intercourse without consent.
The court has previously heard the alleged victim had been drinking with Robinson at The Fiddler in Rouse Hill when she was invited back to a Riverstone house where the incident took place.
The matter will return to court in late March.
