Sydney fans are in for a cricket bonanza in March with key matches of the ICC World Cup being played in the Harbour City.
With th February 21 opener against India over, Sydney will host the semi finals of the T20 event where Australia is a hot contender to defend it title.
These two major matches will be played on March 5 at the Sydney Cricket Ground.

The March 8 final will be staged at the Melbourne Cricket Ground where a record crowd in excess of 90,185 is being targeted.
Other matches in Sydney will be between England and the West Indies at the Sydney Showground on March 1 and the West Indies and South Africa at same venue on March 3.
The international tournament is expected to attract a new legion of fans and players to the women’s game with Australian represented by Meg Lanning (c), Rachael Haynes (vc), Erin Burns, Nicola Carey, Ashleigh Gardner, Alyssa Healy, Jess Jonassen, Delissa Kimmince, Sophie Molineux, Beth Mooney, Ellyse Perry, Megan Schutt, Annabel Sutherland, Molly Strano and Georgia Wareham.
