Police search for car and driver involved in Ermington knifepoint robbery
POLICE are searching for a car and driver involved in an Ermington knifepoint robbery overnight.

A 24-year-old man was robbed at knifepoint after he got off a bus on Victoria Rd late last night.
The man was walking along Spurway Rd and was crossing Jackson Rd about 11.30pm when he was allegedly approached by a driver in a white sedan who demanded his wallet, phone and backpack.
The man handed over his personal items and ran from the area, contacting police a short time later.
Officers attended the area and searched for the car or the man but were unable to locate any matching the description.
The attacker is described as caucasian appearance, aged in his late 20s and was wearing black track pants and a black hooded jumper.
Police are calling for anyone with information, or anyone who may have witnessed the incident or the car leaving the area to contact Cumberland Police Area Command on 9897 4899 or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
