Police release CCTV over Wentworthville police station arson attack
A western Sydney police station has been firebombed while undergoing renovations but police have the alleged arsonists in their sights.

Police have released CCTV footage as investigations continue into an arson attack at a police station under renovation in Sydney’s west.
Parramatta police started an investigation after a flammable device was thrown into the renovation site of Wentworthville police station just after 5.30am on Monday October 21.
The building was unoccupied at the time and the site had minor damage.
As part of police inquiries, a man was seen catching a train from the nearby Wentworthville train station to Westmead before catching another train to Lidcombe train station and arriving at Punchbowl station at 6.40am.
Detectives have now released CCTV of a man who may be able to assist with their investigation.
The man in the vision depicted is described as being of Pacific Islander/Maori appearance, 183cm tall, of a solid build and aged in his mid-20s.
He is depicted as wearing a yellow high-visibility shirt, dark pants and a black hat.
