Parramatta: Pedestrian, 55, dies after being struck at Argyle-Marsden streets intersection
A pedestrian has died in hospital after a car with an uninsured driver behind the wheel struck him in Parramatta CBD this month.

A pedestrian has died in hospital after a car with an uninsured driver behind the wheel struck him at the intersection of Argyle and Marsden streets, Parramatta, on Monday September 14.
The 55-year-old man died in hospital this morning.
Just after 3.30pm on September 14, emergency services were called to the intersection following reports a Toyota sedan struck the man.
The pedestrian was treated at the scene for head injuries, before being taken to Westmead Hospital.
The 34-year-old driver was uninjured and taken to hospital for mandatory testing.
Parramatta police started an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the crash.
Police will prepare a report for the Coroner.
