A child rapist who unleashed five hours of violent and degrading sexual abuse on a 13-year-old schoolgirl will die in prison after being jailed until at least 2066.

In the weeks before the horrific sex attack on a “bubbly schoolgirl” in June 2016, ice addict and ruthless sexual fiend Mustafa Kayirici had raped and robbed seven escorts in a reign of horror.

He has been jailed for 38 years, not to be released until 2045, for these crimes.

For the attack on the schoolgirl he was jailed in Downing Centre District Court on Friday for 34 years.

Judge Jane Culver included a non-parole period of 25 and a half years, taking effect from September 2041.

The court heard Kayirici has less than 12 months to live and was undergoing chemotherapy in prison after being diagnosed with an incurable disease.

On June 24, the South Penrith man was in Queen St, Parramatta when he lured the girl, wearing her school uniform, into his car.

Kayirici, now aged 30, drove “like a crazy man” into an underground car park at New St, North Parramatta where the horrific ordeal began.

The convicted rapist demanded the victim to undress, played her pornographic videos and told her “you are going to get raped one day or another”, the court heard.

The girl was ordered to perform sex acts and threatened her with a knife if she refused.

The man repeatedly threatened violence and filmed about ten demeaning videos where the girl was ordered to say she was 16 and providing consent.

The man then drove to Barton Park, North Parramatta and another unit complex basement car park in Telopea and demanded a range of sex acts, on one occasion even ordering the 13-year-old victim to fetch another young girl to join them.

At one stage, Kayirici told the victim to pretend she is his daughter and to “act happy” when they visited an IGA supermarket to buy duct tape and razors.

When the victim made eye contact with a shop assistant, Kayirici said “don’t ever do that, what are you trying to do, get me caught”, the court heard.

Near a unit complex in Telopea, the girl was raped inside the car and forced to perform sex acts inside a fire escape before the ordeal was halted by a nearby dog walker.

The South Penrith man then raped her again inside his car.

Kayirici then drove the victim to bushland in Ermington where the ordeal continued before he assaulted her again at a ticketed Sydney Olympic Park car park.

Kayirici then dumped the victim at Auburn train station, apologised to her, gave her $5 and threatened her against telling anyone.

“If you tell anyone, I will release those videos,” he said. “How would you like it if your dad saw that … I can hold it against you.”

Downing Centre District Court heard, in a victim impact statement, the girl had lost her innocence and felt, at times, she’d be “better off dead”.

“You are the reason I live in panic, fear and humiliation,” the court heard. “You have torn up everything around me”.

Kayirici is eligible to be released from prison in September 2066, aged 76.
