Granville man, 80, dies after scooter collides with ute at Milton St
An elderly man, who drove out of a driveway on his scooter and collided with a ute, has died.

An 80-year-old man who was crossing a Granville street in his scooter last week has died in hospital today.
Police said the man was riding his mobility scooter at Milton St on Wednesday, January 22 when it collided with a utility just before 11am.
Investigators have been told the scooter drove out of a driveway and on to the main road when the VW Amarok utility struck the scooter.
NSW Ambulance paramedics treated the man at the scene before he was taken to Westmead Hospital in a critical condition.
The 39-year-old man driving the ute was breath tested at the scene and returned a negative result.
Police were informed the man died in hospital today.
A report will be prepared for the coroner.
