Ex-bikie and prolific Instagrammer Chris Rymer has been banned from using certain apps during his bail continuation after appearing in Parramatta Court today.

Rymer was back in front of the judge for his stalking and property damage charge, which he made bail for last year. That case made headlines in September last year after the magistrate granted his bail to be home with his French bulldog who was five-weeks away from giving birth.

Rymer, a former Penrith chapter Rebel member, appeared at Parramatta Court on today in a Burberry top and Louis Vuitton loafers, which he is often seen flaunting on his Instagram page.

He was arrested at a Sackville property in August and charged with stalking and property damage over an alleged road rage incident on August 4.

Police allege Rymer was a passenger in a car on the M1 at Mooney Mooney, with two other people known to police, in August when he threw glass bottles and intimidated the driver of a Hyundai Getz.

At the time of the incident police alleged Rymer made admissions of the glass throwing stating “It doesn’t matter. We’ll just pay for the window, because I just want to go home. I have a young baby at home.”

Rymer’s current lawyer Greg Gould said the new plea and bail variations would include appearing three days a week at Windsor police station and an end to his night time curfew. Outside of court Rymer said he had attended a Post Malone concert, which made his night-time curfew difficult this week which is why he wanted the deletion of the curfew.

He has also been banned from using certain encrypted apps on his phone, including Snapchat and WhatsApp. Rymer made a name for himself as an Instagram Ex-Bikie and quit the social media app early last year. The 27-year-old was seen using the app and Snapchat while in court before Magistrate Robin Denes made his orders on the bail continuation. He was seen looking at videos of French bulldogs with music dubbed over.

Magistrate Denes accepted the plea and the continuation of bail and Rymer will appear before the court again on July 19.

Rymer made bail in September after his lawyer at the time Andrew Sant argued the 27-year-old was out of the bikie game, had become a “family man” to his two young daughters and was devoted to his dog breeding business.
