A NSW police officer who allegedly intimidated a woman, causing her to fear for her safety, has had his charges mentioned in court for the first time.

A 34-year-old police officer charged following an investigation into alleged domestic violence offences has had his charges mentioned in court for the first time.
Mohamed Nabil Ali Mohamed, of Ryde, is charged with stalking or intimidating a woman with the intention of causing her to fear physical harm.
At Hornsby Local Court on Tuesday, Mohamed pleaded not guilty to the charge through his lawyer.
According to court documents, police allege the domestic violence related offence took place between 2:30am and 5am at Ryde on August 3.
Mohamed, a probationary constable attached to the South West Metropolitan Region, was arrested onAugust 17 following extensive inquiries into the alleged offence.
According to a police statement, officers from the North West Metropolitan Region started an investigation in August to determine the circumstances surrounding the allegations.
Following this investigation, Mohamed was arrested, charged and suspended with pay.
The police officer remains on conditional bail with the matter to return to Hornsby Local Court on October 18.
