A man allegedly caught urinating by a rail bridge in Sydney’s north has told police he was ‘bored at home.’
Police were patrolling Meadowbank and entered the wharf car park when they allegedly saw a man urinating while standing against the rail bridge about 10.25pm on Saturday (April 11).
Police allege the 40-year-old man, from Yagoona, was “easily visible” for any members of the public who were at the boat ramp, entering the car park and nearby walking trial.
When police approached the man, he allegedly said he was bored at home and left his place to relax at the carpark.
Police issued a warning to the man for being in a public place without a reasonable excuse and a Criminal Infringement Notice for offensive behaviour.
