Renowned pastry chef Anna Polyviou is coming to Ryde for a special Christmas workshop.
The award-winning chef, who has appeared on MasterChef Australia and Family Food Fight, will teach participants how to make a Lolli-Bag House at the one-off class on Monday, December 10 from 6.30pm-9.30pm.
The class costs $280 per person, with guests also taking home a copy of Polyviou’s Sweet Street cookbook and an apron.
KOI’s co-founder Reynold Poernomo said the workshop was a collaboration between his mum, Ike Malada, and Polyviou.
“My mum and her have been friends for a really long time,” he said.
The class is part of KOI’s Christmas workshop series, which also offers workshops by Malada in making a Santa Hat Cake, Christmas Log or Christmas Trifle.
Young bakers can learn to make a Christmas-themed chocolate block or snowman and reindeer truffles.
