A 21-storey North Sydney tower offering views of Sydney Harbour for homebuyers is on course to be completed later this year.
Chinese property developer Yuhu Group said “topping out” has been completed at its 221 Miller St building. The term refers to the last beam being placed on top of the structure.
Called The Miller, the tower will have 169 homes. There will also be 100 serviced apartments, to be managed by Yuhu and Quest Apartment Hotels.
The developer has been keen to tout the rooftop garden, which will give a wide-ranging view of the harbour.
A restaurant on the ground floor, and a gym will also be included.
Homes are still available for sale.
A Yuhu spokeswoman said the building is due to be completed in the second half of this year.
