LUNCH has become a lot more interesting in North Sydney with the opening of two innovators on the restaurant scene.
Burgers By Josh and Blue 36 have opened up in the Greenwood Plaza food court bringing delicious dishes to hungry office workers.
The burger restaurant is owned by head chef Josh Arthurs, who has cemented his reputation with pop-up outlets across Sydney.
“My first ever pop-up was at Greenwood Plaza so it’s great to set up our new temporary residence in the same place my journey began,” Mr Arthurs said.
“We will be introducing weekly and daily specials alongside our regular menu to celebrate the opening and I look forward to meeting lots of new, and hopefully regular, faces.”
Customers can enjoy the cafe’s signature boozy milkshakes alongside burgers called Fat Tony and Angry Anderson.
Blue 36 is a concept cafe and restaurant set up by Jin Ko and Thomas Kang.
Their idea is to provide Australian-style food that’s uncomplicated.
For breakfast they’ve created a Vegemite cheese toastie, smashed avocado and eggs benedict.
Lunch options include a super healthy salad with quinoa, seeds and grilled haloumi.
While, for dinner they have created a fine dining pub-style menu with an Asian twist.
The Atrium in the shopping centre recently welcomed a host of other new restaurants after a makeover.
Italian Street Kitchen, Thr1ve, Fogo Brazilia and Bun Me are just some of the popular new eateries.
