Three hotel employees have been charged after allegedly assaulting a patron on the Mid-North Coast, where police later found him with fractured ribs and vertebrae.

Three hotel employees have been charged after allegedly assaulting a patron while removing him from a licensed premises on the Mid-North Coast, where police later found him with broken bones.
In a statement, NSW Police said officers attended a Tuncurry home about 12.30am on December 14 and found the 54-year-old resident with head injuries, lacerations and fractured ribs and vertebrae.
Police allege he had suffered the injuries while being removed by staff from a licensed premises on Manning St.
NSW Ambulance paramedics treated the man and took him to Manning Base Hospital.
Following an investigation, three people were arrested and taken to Forster Police Station on Monday.
Tremayne Sanbrook, 29, was charged with two counts of assault occasioning actual bodily harm.
He faced Taree Local Court following his arrest and was granted conditional bail ahead of an appearance at Forster Local Court on February 26.
Police granted the two other people - a 33-year-old woman and a 20-year-old whose gender was not specified - bail to face Forster Local Court on February 12.
Both have been charged with assault occasioning actual bodily harm, while the 33-year-old also faces a common assault charge.
