Todd Victor Ellis faces Taree court charged with supplying meth

A Mid-North Coast man faces a raft of drug-related charges, including supplying methamphetamines and dealing with the proceeds of crime. Here’s what we know.

A Taree man is facing a long list of drug-related charges, including supplying meth and dealing with the proceeds of crime.

Todd Victor Ellis was arrested on Wednesday and appeared before Taree Local Court, where his lawyer made an application for bail.

The 35-year-old is facing 13 charges in total and is yet to enter a plea.

In addition to drug supply charges and one of methamphetamines possession, Ellis is facing two separate charges of supplying on an ongoing basis.

Ellis is also facing one charge of dealing with the proceeds of crime: $1350 cash.

The charges relate to alleged activity between June 21 and October 11 this year.

Ellis was granted conditional bail, ordered to abstain from alcohol and he must report to Taree police seven days a week.

He was also ordered to comply with a curfew and cannot leave his home address between the hours of 10pm-6am.

The case was adjourned to October 24.
