A motorcyclist believed to be in his 30s has died after a single-vehicle crash on NSW’s Mid North Coast.
Emergency services were called to the scene of the crash on Oxley Highway at Mount Seaview, west of Port Macquarie, at 2pm on Saturday.
Police said it appeared the rider had lost control of his Ducati motorcycle at a windy section of the road and crashed into an embankment.
A witness attempted to help the man after the crash as they waited for paramedics, yet he died at the scene.
An investigation has been established by officers from the Mid North Coast Police District and a report will be prepared for the coroner.
