It doesn’t get any crazier than the Manly Inflatable Boat Race which saw its biggest draw ever this weekend.
Around 670 people dressed up in weird and wonderful costumes — including clowns and cavemen, and headed to Shelly Beach with their inflatables for a 1km race.
Dee Montague-Jones, who helped organise the race, said it was the most spectacular event yet.
“It was absolutely amazing fun,” Ms Montague-Jones said.
“We gave out 14 prizes mainly for people who made a lot of effort like the flamingoes and an elderly couple who drove all the way from Orange.
“Where’s Wally and Wanda also won a prize.”
Ms Montague-Jones said a group had also flown over from Spain and were being filmed by a Spanish TV crew.
The race, which has been running 16 is looking like it will be the biggest fundraiser yet for Tour de Cure, a charity that is raising funds for cancer research.
“I want to thank everyone that came and all the amazing volunteers, 40 in total,” she said. “We could not have done it without them.”
