THEY haven’t been far from the headlines since she had her own TV show and he co-founded the controversial One Nation party.

Now, northern beaches power couple Lisa and David Oldfield are set to be propelled even further in to notoriety in the coming months.

She’s signed up for the Real Housewives of Sydney, while a documentary he made visiting outback communities will air on SBS.

The pair invited the Manly Daily’s #beachlife to their home, situated inland on the northern beaches.

It has stunning views across the bush to the sea and room for their three horses, chickens, a couple of dogs- and even a rescued carpet python.

The couple, with children Henry, five and Bert, four, moved here from Fairlight five years ago.

Luxury touches include a temperature-controlled 2000-bottle wine cellar and outdoor pool- so it’s no wonder Lisa, 41, describes it as “a haven.”

“It’s a sanctuary. It’s perfect,” she said. “It’s only 30 minutes from town. I love animals — to be able to have all these wonderful pets.”

Lisa, who underwent liposuction last year, is set to become one of the most outspoken Housewives.

While she once had her own TV show, The Catch-Up, and still appears on breakfast TV, her day job is a sales director for a software company.

She’s shifted roles slightly to do the show — but Oldfield said she didn’t want to regret any missed opportunities.

“I didn’t want to be in a position in 20 years time saying ‘why didn’t I do it’,” she said.

“I’m very proud of my children, I’m very proud of my husband, I’m very proud of my house.”

Oldfield hit the press a last month when she ‘fat shamed’ a woman on a flight.

She posted a photo and a rude comment about the overweight passenger, who’d complained about her stripping to her underwear to change, on Instagram.

She told #beachlife she’d taken a sleeping pill and said the woman was “screaming at her.”

“It was mean spirited,” she said. “Sometimes I’m surprised the stuff that comes out of my mouth!”

Meanwhile, David, 58, dismissed reports his documentary saw him clash with singer Natalie Imbruglia, who was also involved — to the extent they wouldn’t share travel or hotels.

“It wasn’t entirely true,” he said.

“I had a largely different view to some of the people who were there, and so there was some friction.” he said
