An alleged drug supplier on the northern beaches who’s bragged about “messy nights” and has plastered pictures on social media of his tattoos, Tommy Hilfiger watch and TN sneakers has faced court.
Kane Alavoine, 26, of Dee Why appeared at Manly Local Court on Wednesday over a raft of charges including supply prohibited drug and two counts of possess prohibited drug.
Other charges include deal with property proceeds of crime and possess or attempt to prescribed restricted substance.
According to court documents, he was allegedly caught supplying 98g of Cannabis leaf in Dee Why between 7.30pm and 11.20am on June 4.
On the same date and times it’s also alleged he possessed 2.4g of cannabis leaf, 0.7g of MDMA, and was found with $880 cash, which police will allege is property proceeds of crime.
Police will also allege Alavoine had in his possession twelve antipsychotic tablets called Quetapel, which is a prescribed restricted substance.
During court proceedings on Wednesday Alavoine was represented by a Legal Aid Lawyer where he was referred for merit and the matter was adjourned to September 23 for a plea to be entered.
It appeared he had a number of friends who supported him who were waited for him outside of court.
