A boy, 14, was allegedly forced to drink urine during a violent robbery on the northern beaches.

Two male youths, aged 16 and 17, also filmed the humiliating attack at Dee Why on a mobile phone, police allege.

They also allege the youths viciously assaulted the boy in a park early last month.

Northern Beaches Police allege that during the assault the two youths threatened to stab the boy if he did not drink their urine.

He was also allegedly robbed.

Police said the 14-year-old was left with bruising and had to be treated at Northern Beaches Hospital at Frenchs Forest.

The boy had been with friends at the park when a group of youths approached him and the alleged assault and robbery began.

Early on Wednesday Northern Beaches detectives went to homes at Narraweena and Forestville where the two youths were arrested and property, including a mobile phone, was seized.

Northern Beaches Crime Manager, Michael Boutouridis, told the Manly Daily that police urged anyone young person who was the victim of alleged bullying or crime to contact police.

“We want people to come forward so we can investigate their allegations and, where appropriate, as it is was in this case, put the matter before the courts,” Chief Inspector Boutouridis said.

Both youths have been charged with take and detain in company; intimidation; robbery in company and; affray.

They were refused bail by police and a Children’s Court magistrate.

The youths will be back in court again next week.
