Alleged one-punch attacker Gerard James Brady pleads not guilty in Manly Local Court
A man has pleaded not guilty in Manly Local Court to charges related to an alleged one-punch assault that left another man with a fractured skull.

A man pleaded not guilty in Manly Local Court on Wednesday to charges related to an alleged one-punch Saturday night assault that left another man with a fractured skull.
Gerard James Brady, 25, of Narrabeen, was charged with striking Michael Gibb outside The Park House Food & Liquor pub in Mona Vale on October 27.
Mr Gibb, a 29-year-old Warriewood plumber was rushed to hospital after hitting his head on the footpath when he was allegedly hit from behind by Mr Brady.
The injured man was diagnosed at Royal North Shore Hospital with a fractured skull and bleeding on the brain.
Mr Gibb had to undergo speech therapy. He also suffered with severe headaches and his hearing was affected in the days after the alleged assault.
It is alleged that Mr Gibb was punched while trying to break up a fight on the footpath near the pub entrance at about 10.14pm.
Mr Brady, who is on bail, has pleaded not guilty to charges of recklessly cause inflicting grievous bodily harm and cause actual bodily harm.
Documents tendered to court said the prosecution case against Mr Brady included CCTV footage of the alleged offences.
The documents said Mr Brady does not know Mr Gibb.
The matter was adjourned to Manly Local Court on January 16 next year.
