Oran Park’s Kimberley Treacy, co-founder of national beauty empire The Lip Lab, will meet with prosecutors next month for a case conference in relation to a string of criminal charges, including commercial drug supply.
The 30-year-old mum was arrested in March at a Camden beauty business following a four-year investigation into the supply of ice and cocaine in south west Sydney.
Police allege Treacy was a significant mid-level dealer in a drugs syndicate masterminded by her de facto partner Shannon Macauley.
In 2017, an ALDI freezer bag was found a short walk from her Wilton home by detectives. The bag allegedly containing $133,970 cash, 1.05kg of ice and 3.8kg of cocaine and had DNA consistent with Treacy.
Macauley is also before the courts on commercial drug supply charges.
Treacy appeared at Campbelltown Local Court this morning with her charges officially filed to the court by a Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP) representative.
She has been charged with three counts of drug supply, two counts of deal with the property proceeds of crime equal to or greater than $100,000 and fraud offences.
The court heard Treacy and her legal team will meet with a DPP representative on October 31 at a case conference.
The matter will return to Campbelltown Local Court on November 13.
