A mum accused of running a drug trade out of her Sydney home and selling thousands of dollars and ice sobbed after a magistrate denied her bail.

Kim Maree Mammoliti, 44, fronted Picton Local Court on Wednesday after she was arrested following a police raid at her Elderslie home.

She was charged with two counts of supplying prohibited drugs on an ongoing basis, organising or conducting a drug premises, supplying an indictable quantity of drugs, possessing a prohibited drug and dealing with the proceeds of crime.

Court documents state police will allege records from a phone number belonging to Mammoliti will show her involved in the supply of methamphetamine, also known as “ice”, and heroin, also known as “hot”, in the Camden region.

They allege between October 5 and 16, Mammoliti supplied 24.5g of ice worth $6190, and in the same period supplied 0.58g of heroin for $280.

In one instance, police claim Mammoliti supplied one person 7g of methamphetamine for $1300.

Court documents allege between March 30 and November 1, Mammoliti received about $100,000 in direct deposits to her bank account across more than 300 incoming transactions from at least 50 separate accounts.

“The figures and persons depositing money were consistent with the supply of and payment of prohibited drugs,” court documents state.

At court on Wednesday, Magistrate David Degnan denied Mammoliti bail and cited her record of failing to comply with court orders, and the strength of the prosecution case.

Mammoliti had been arrested on Wednesday about 8am, after officers pulled over a vehicle on Lodges Rd, Elderslie and escorted her and a 50-year-old man to Narellan police station.

Officers executed a search warrant at Mammoliti’s home on Yengo Ave, Elderslie, and allegedly located and seized ice, cannabis, prescription medications and mobile phones.

The 50-year-old man was charged with taking part in the less than indictable quantity supply of a prohibited drug and was granted conditional bail to front Picton Local Court on November 29.

As part of the same strike force, officers allegedly intercepted a man at Narellan in a black Holden ute on Friday about 4pm.

A NSW Police spokesman said officers searched the vehicle when they allegedly found and seized a trench knife, ice, heroin, gamma-butyrolactone (GBL), Xanax, drug paraphernalia and cash.

The 49-year-old man was arrested and charged with two counts of indictable drug supply, two counts of possessing a prohibited drug, dealing with the proceeds of crime and possessing a prohibited weapon without a permit.

He was granted bail to appear at Campbelltown Local Court on November 9.
