A real estate agent charged with rape and sexual touching offences in relation to three alleged victims has fronted court after being released on bail.

Glen Alpine man Omar Lababidi, a former senior sales executive at Ray White’s Macarthur office, fronted court on Wednesday for the first time since being released after he was taken into custody.

He was arrested and charged in August with three counts of sexual intercourse without consent, 11 counts of sexual touching without consent and one count of carry out sexual act without consent.

Police will allege Lababidi, 27, sexually touched a woman without her consent three times in 2021 at three locations in the Macarthur region.

They will further claim he sexually touched a second alleged victim without her consent twice in 2021 in two Macarthur locations.

The rest of the charges relate to a third alleged victim with court documents stating the 10 alleged offences happened between 2022 and 2023 at various locations throughout the Macarthur region including Mount Annan, St Helens Park, Oran Park, and Leppington.

At court on Wednesday, Lababidi’s lawyer said there were two items that were outstanding from the brief of evidence.

Lababidi is yet to enter any pleas on the charges. He is due to return to Campbelltown Local Court in December.

Court records show he was released on bail on a $10,000 surety and required to report to Campbelltown Police Station three times a week.

A condition of his bail prohibits him from attending open homes along with female co-workers, and he can’t go near or contact any alleged victim or prosecution witness.

A Ray White spokeswoman previously said it was aware an employee of Ray White Campbelltown has been charged with sexual assault by NSW Police.

“When Ray White Campbelltown first became aware of these allegations, the owners of that business suspended the staff member immediately,” she said
